dc.description.abstract Indonesia coffee has its signature regarding the quality and the variety. Surveys have also exposed the several types of Indonesian coffee are prominent in the lists identifying the quality and the high of taste. Against the backdrop, this paper examines coffee a significant means of diplomacy, especially a gastrodiplomacy. Although coffee has slightly different in characteristics from those other Indonesia culinary, coffee and its culture also represents the identity of the society. en_US
